Excerpt	The conservation of the original wallpaper from the historical Aman House was an opportunity to understand the building and its decorations as a whole, conceived to be the mark of an artist's feature in the new modem society. Considering the general activity of Theodor Aman and how he was involved in increasing the general levei of the cultural life of his time, we find that even his house is one of his masterpieces, conceived to show to the public the pattem of an artist's life. Reconsidering again the house from this new point of view, we discover how everything matches everything in a beautiful cultural project. (R.A.).
